We present an interview with the founder and director of "Anare Cake" - Alida Safaryan 

-How did you decide to start a business?

-Since there were no suitable job opportunities after graduation, I decided to open my own business. However, I had already been engaged in a similar occupation, albeit as a hobby.

-What brings a smile to your face?

-Many things. I find joy in witnessing positive outcomes, whether they happen to me or others. When I see a good, beautiful, and high-quality product, it naturally makes me smile.

-What motivates you?

-Words of encouragement, positive feedback from people, and the support of my family. Conversely, anything negative tends to bother me.

-How do you balance family and business?

-It was quite challenging in the beginning, as I founded the business when my son was just a month old, and I handled all the work by myself.

-How do you overcome difficulties?

-Like everyone else, I try to work hard and put in extra effort to overcome challenges.

-Please share your new projects and the company's prospects?

-Our upcoming plans revolve around expanding our network and venturing into export opportunities.
