-How did I decide to start a business? 

-I started my journey in the business world from the lowest level. Initially, I worked as a waitress only during summer holidays.

-What motivates you? 

-I find motivation in the satisfaction of both employees and customers. Any dissatisfaction serves as an incentive for me to strive for more.

-What makes you smile? 

-Engaging with clients brings a smile to my face. Additionally, receiving letters and postcards from employees and their parents brings me joy, and I have already built a collection of them.

-How do you balance family and business? 

-Finding a balance between family and business is challenging for me, and I admit that I have flaws in both areas.

-How do you overcome difficulties? 

-When faced with difficulties, I initially feel overwhelmed for the first 5-10 minutes. However, I then shift my focus to finding solutions and seek inspiration from motivational books to help me overcome challenges.

-Tell us about your new projects and the company's prospects. 

We have several exciting new projects and prospects:

• We are planning to open a new Sorizo location, which will be the sixth in our chain, within a month.
• This year, we are starting the production of a new sugar-free gelato.
• We have a new project in the works, set to open on the 2nd Morning.
