We present to you an interview with the founder of the children's center "Lolo", Hasmik Petrosyan.
-How did I decide to start a business?
-I graduated from the pedagogical university and started working in a state kindergarten. However, over time, I realized that my true passion lies in creating a center that provides a unique experience for children. Without any support or assistance, I took the leap and brought my dream to life by establishing the beloved Lolo center. It took me 7 years of patience and determination to see my dream come true, and I am grateful for the support of my brother and the culinary talents of my mother.
-What makes you smile?
-I always have a smile on my face, as smiling is my natural state. In fact, researchers have identified 19 types of smiles, categorized into social and heartfelt smiles. I always wear a heartfelt smile, especially when it comes to children, who are the main source of joy in my life. Additionally, animals have a special place in my heart, and encountering them on the street never fails to make me smile broadly.
-How do you combine family and business?
-Balancing family and business is challenging, but as a conscious woman, I strive to find a harmonious blend. Devoting oneself entirely to work without leaving time for family is a recipe for failure. There are no fixed guidelines for achieving this balance; it is a personal choice that each individual must make. I won't claim that I flawlessly manage everything at home, but setting the right priorities is crucial. I am grateful to have helping hands, and my husband is a great support system.
-What motivates you?
-I am always filled with motivation as I am an extremely passionate and optimistic individual. I refrain from complaining, and instead, the voice of my mother, an exemplary woman with a strong character, uplifts me with her concise and wise words. Children and their aspirations also serve as a constant source of motivation for me. Furthermore, the books I read provide inspiration and fuel my drive.
-How do you cope with difficulties?
-Overcoming life's challenges is an ongoing process that everyone faces. To overcome difficulties, one needs analytical thinking, patience, perseverance, and the courage to confront fears head-on. I embrace difficulties and never face them alone. Love and support are always by my side.
-Tell us about your new projects and the company's prospects.
-Our future plans include transforming into an educational complex, encompassing a school and kindergarten. However, I must admit that finding suitable land and premises poses a slight challenge. Nevertheless, we are determined to establish the educational complex in the near future. Additionally, we aim to open branches in various communities. We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of our third Scandinavian Model Forest Building in Avana, a community that holds a special place in our hearts. We strive to make our world a better place and create a joyful environment every day, cherishing the beautiful world that the Creator has bestowed upon us.
