We present you an interview with the founder and director of Vanilla Cake - Lusine Poghosyan.

-How did I decide to start a business?

-It all started with baking at home, and my children and my husband became the first taste-testers. He used to joke that I excelled at it. However, that joke eventually turned into a business idea. I was ready to work, and we decided to establish our own business.

-What makes me smile?

-Seeing my children happy brings a smile to my face.

-What motivates me?

-I find motivation in successful women, my family, my children, and my husband, who has already gained considerable experience in the business field and supports me with valuable advice and expertise.

-How do I balance family and business?

-I strive to find a balance, but unfortunately, it's not always easy. However, effective time management helps me in this regard. When it comes to choosing between dedicating time to my family or my business, I always prioritize my family.

-How do I overcome difficulties?

-There have been numerous challenges and complex situations recently, especially considering the current circumstances in our country and the ongoing threat of viruses. The only thing that brings me comfort and strength is my children. Being in their presence makes me feel resilient.

-Tell us about your new projects and the company's prospects?

-We have several new projects in the pipeline. We already have a website, which we are continuously improving, as more and more people prefer online shopping. Additionally, we are planning to open a new store at a different location in the near future.
