We present to you the director of the warmest and student-oriented educational complex "Little Ishkhan" - Maria Khakhamyan.

-How did I decide to start a business?

-Initially, we had no intention of starting a business. My mother and I dreamed of creating an educational center that would bring a fresh perspective to the field of education, where well-rounded individuals could study and thrive, and where children would be happy. From this dream, "Little Prince" was born in 2000, which completely changed my life. Education is not purely a business, but for the growth and advancement of a private educational complex, continuous investments are necessary: time, human resources, ideas, and of course, financial resources. From this perspective, unlike many other business sectors, it is crucial to constantly invest profits into improving facilities, creating laboratories, increasing staff salaries, implementing various projects, and more. Without investment, continuous development and progress cannot be achieved.

-What motivates you?

-The results of my work are what motivate me. I have mastered the "art of small steps," and every small achievement energizes me and pushes me to do more. My team, with whom I work closely, is also highly important. They motivate and inspire me, just as I motivate and inspire them.

What makes you smile?

-First and foremost, children make me smile. In the smiles of children, you can see purity, faith, and confidence, which give me strength to overcome challenges, smile, and embrace hope.

-How do you balance family and business?

-I believe that a accomplished and self-sufficient woman can excel both as a capable leader in her business and as a loving wife and mother in her family. There is no difficulty in balancing these two aspects if you are in the right place and have made the right choices regarding your profession and starting a family.

-How do you overcome difficulties?

-I overcome difficulties by recharging myself. Sometimes I take short breaks, reconnect with myself, and then move forward with renewed energy. Quality music and being in nature help me relax. Being close to nature and immersed in it revitalizes the spirit of living, although unfortunately, it is not always possible.

-Tell us about your new projects and the company's prospects?

-Looking ahead, our prospects involve expanding the activities and capabilities of the educational complex. We aim to continue developing, introducing new ideas, and implementing new projects. An educated generation is the key to a developed and prosperous homeland.
