We present to you the interview with the co-founder and director of "Armmed," Nazeli Torchyan:

-How I decided to start a business?

-Armmed LLC is the official representative of "Zar Macaron" in Armenia, and the company also imports a wide range of household goods, a diverse assortment of construction materials, and food products to Armenia. We lived in Iran for many years, where we had a non-ferrous metal foundry, and now the time has come for us to return to Armenia and contribute to the development of our homeland's economy. Starting from scratch and integrating into the Armenian business world was undoubtedly a challenging task, but we managed to overcome it. Initially, I didn't fully comprehend how I got involved in business; it was simply because my husband needed a reliable assistant, and I stood by his side.

-What brings a smile to your face?

-There are countless reasons to cherish and smile. A smile carries positive energy. Life is beautiful, so we should relish every second and smile frequently. The reasons to smile are abundant; we just need to notice and appreciate them, focusing on the good and allowing ourselves to smile.

-What motivates you?

-I find motivation in the goals I have clearly set and the continuous progress I make towards achieving them.

-How do you balance family and business?

-In the complex process of combining family and business, the support of each family member is crucial. Our eldest daughter plays a significant role in assisting us, and I am sincerely grateful to her for that.

-How do you overcome difficulties?

-Difficulties are inherent in the business realm, but the key lies in correctly analyzing and overcoming them, enabling us to move forward. If difficulties can be overcome with financial resources, they are not truly challenges but rather expenses. There are no insurmountable difficulties; what matters is adopting a proper analysis and approach. And in the most challenging situations, my beloved husband always comes to my aid.

-Tell us about your new projects and the company's prospects?

-There are numerous new projects in the business sphere, with new ideas emerging almost every day. We receive fresh proposals and actively pursue the realization of promising concepts. Nonetheless, our primary project revolves around the non-ferrous metal foundry in Armenia. The premises have been acquired, the machinery has already been ordered, and very little time remains until our workshop commences operations.
