The founder of the company is Tatev Beybutyan, who is a co-founder of 𝘽𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙣 a marketing and branding company. Tatev studied in the Marketing Department of the Department of Marketing and Business Organization of ASUE, after which she continued her studies in the Department of Management of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia. After graduation, she moved to a professional job in the banking sector in the department of "development of corporate and retail business". Along with starting a family and having a child, in 2013, she and her husband Arman Arzumanyan founded the Brandon Agency company. With their joint efforts, the company has become popular in the market and occupies a stable position.

Having worked for 9 years in the field of marketing and participating in the process of creating various brands, Tatev noticed that the number of women engaged in business is growing, and now, with the establishment of "Madam Women's Union," this proves that women are capable of developing a business. The foundation is designed to unite those who have found their vocation and achieved success. On this platform, women can learn together, share their experiences, and create new partnerships.
