-How I decided to start a business: After working for about 10 years in the public sector, I realized my desire to start my own business. With my passion for travel and interest in tourism, I founded the 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 travel company 12 years ago.

-What motivates you: We are motivated by the positive feedback from our tourists and the recognition we receive from various companies for the trips we organize.

-What makes you smile: I can't help but smile when I see the joy on the faces of our passengers. Experiencing their positive moments during travel brings me immense happiness.

-How do you balance family and business: My husband and I co-founded the company, which provides great support in balancing family and business responsibilities. Our shared goals and aspirations contribute to a harmonious integration of both aspects of life.

-How do you overcome difficulties: Difficulties are an integral part of the job, and I view them as opportunities for growth and improvement. I approach challenges with a determined mindset.

-Tell us about your new projects and the company's prospects: We have several exciting projects in the pipeline. Some of them include:

-Participation of Tour Advice in renowned travel exhibitions.

-Employee training programs in various countries.
