Liana Gasparyan: The Woman Whose Flowers Inspire Creation — In Other Words, a Full Life…

Liana Gasparyan, as long as she can remember herself, has always been convinced that a woman must be free and independent—and that means she must have a profession and a job she loves. A job that brings her income and allows her to feel financially independent. Liana has always believed that only a fulfilled woman can be truly happy and bring happiness to the people around her.

Being a creative person, she initially chose the path of journalism. However, after discovering the subtleties of the profession, she realized that it was not what she had dreamed of or imagined.
“One of my professors once said that if a journalist is pushed out through the door, they must enter through the window; if they are pushed out of the window, they must come in through the roof. At that moment, I realized that this was not for me—I simply couldn’t do it that way,” Liana recalls.

And then, after the birth of her first child, she decided that she had to start a business and realize her potential. The baby was very small, but the desire was enormous.
“I talked every single day about working, earning my own money, being busy and fulfilled, to the point where my husband said: go and do whatever your heart desires—just don’t feel this bad, just be joyful and happy,” says Liana.

Thus, 14 years ago, the first and very small boutique of Le Gasy House was born.
“I see freedom in work. I feel good when I do a good job, when I create something new, when I bring joy to people. Movement and the exchange of energy with people charge me, and I return home full of energy. In fact, everyone benefits from this: if I am happy, then they are happy too,” Liana says.

Liana is convinced that the key to her business success lies in giving a lot of love. When you love your work, you transmit a great deal of love and energy to your customers. They feel it and return often—not only for new clothes, but also for positive emotions.

However, in times of rapid change, how can one stay on track? How can one avoid becoming outdated? Liana believes there is a major difference between running a business 14 years ago and managing a business today. Nowadays, social media platforms dictate staying on trend. For example, years ago it was possible to work with basic clothing items—such as offering classic black straight-leg trousers—but today businesses are forced to closely follow what is fashionable and in demand.

To achieve this, collaboration with the right professionals is essential, as every detail in business matters.
“We have a specialist who handles merchandising, monitors the store’s exterior appearance, the proper arrangement of products, clothing combinations, and we also work with professionals who train and manage the service staff,” says Liana.

Liana places great importance on high-quality customer service. According to her, every detail in this field is crucial: tone of voice, manner of presentation, psychological approach—because customers like to feel valued. At first, she handled all of this herself, but later realized that it was not the right approach, as one person cannot manage everything, and some aspects were inevitably neglected. Now, with dedicated specialists in place, Liana clearly sees and acknowledges the difference, noting that it is significant.

The clothing and flower boutiques maintain active social media pages, where they regularly share engaging reels and stories and showcase clothing through models. All these tools contribute to people getting to know, love, and visit Le Gasy House.

The staff unanimously state that the face of the boutique is Liana herself and often suggest that she officially become the face of the store. However, Liana envisions her daughter in this role instead.

Today, Le Gasy House includes three clothing boutiques and one flower shop. The flower shop, Le Gasy Flowers, is Liana’s space for creativity—a place where she is at peace and in harmony with herself. Here, Liana can work for hours without feeling tired. The flower shop is the place where she is willing to do all the work side by side with her employees, who were initially her students.
“When we have large orders at the flower shop, I want to do them myself. It’s important to me. I also have customers who say: we need to be sure that you personally are the one fulfilling our order,” she says.
