Introducing the interview with the founder and director of "Kara Silver" - Kara Avetisyan.

-How did I decide to start a business?

-Initially, silversmithing was a hobby for me, but over time, people started showing interest in my work, and it began to generate profit. By the time I achieved profitability from selling my creations, I decided to open my business in 2008. We have been operating for 15 years, aiming to bring beauty and happiness to our customers. Some of them have even become friends.

-What motivates me?

-When I wake up in the morning, I think about the time spent with my loved one, enjoying a cup of coffee. It's what I look forward to each day, and it inspires me to create new works.

-How do I cope with difficulties?

-We overcome all difficulties together as a team. When we come together, we become stronger, and we tackle any challenges that come our way.

-How do I balance family and business?

-Business occupies a significant portion of my day, but when I have free time, I make sure to spend it with my family. Neither my family, nor my children, nor my work suffer. I often think that having love, work, and family is true happiness.

-Tell us about your new projects and the company's prospects?

-Currently, we have one store located at Pushkin 54. In the future, we are planning to open new branches, both within Armenia and beyond its borders.
